How do we prove to our client that our work is original? I mean originality of thought. AI is now conflicting with our role as writers.

When I saw the influx of AI and ChatGPT on the internet I was like it is over. I thought it would be over for writers and the content business.

The clients that we are serving are now confidently telling us that they can use ChatGPT to serve themselves. Some can write business proposals and or CVs/resumes by themselves. They said they can self-serve.

During my internship with a blogger site. We were told to write and share content on any topic of our choice. They went further by warning us to avoid Plagiarism and ChatGPT that it hurt our creativity. This means every content manager is now aware that using AI to write is an option. There is much software that can detect the true authenticity of our work now.

A friend told me that he wrote a Canadian CV for a client recently and the client reported that the CV was rejected by the recruiters saying all the content there was drafted from ChatGPT.

The best way to prove to clients that your work is authentic is to be real. Write from your flow. Write from your head and your heart. In the process, your English tenses and diction might not be in line. But you edit and proofread it using Grammarly software or Generative AI. Speak in your voice without explaining yourself!

The human writer has so much potential yet to be untapped. Think and write.
