Why are Tech Guys Holding Start Up Back?

Product launching for a start-up business would be stressful and yet fruitful in the end if done with the right team.

When it comes to entering the market, timing matters. Not to be too late and not to be too soon.

Entrepreneurs invest so much at every phase. Investment is very lucrative and can be disruptive if your technical team is holding you back.

Tech guys working on this project are not time-conscious. They lack time management skills. Time management is never appealing to some IT people.

The project Manager needs to make a quick decision on IT and IT infrastructure.

Modern IT shouldn’t be the bulk of bureaucracy. A task that requires 2 days shouldn’t be abandoned or postponed. When your IT is making a small task look cumbersome for months, your start-up business would encounter service disruption and this could impact negatively on CEX and ROI.

The quality of the Information System in a business setup would be based on the integrity of the Personnel that is involved.

Many start-up businesses are yet to be launched or known to the market because of System and Design. System on the part of the IT and the business owner. There is a big difference, however, between not knowing about graphic design and not knowing about how business is done in the modern age.

Design goes beyond computers. Design like imagination, is a source of value.

Design management is a field of inquiry that uses project management, design, strategy, and supply chain techniques to control a creative process, support a culture of creativity, and build a structure and organization for design.

A start-up would do well if the IT team can truly buy into the culture.

Dear Investors, call your IT guys to be effective in arriving at an informed business decision. They should be the ones to always follow up on internal clients if the system and processes are not going well. Do not make them feel like they are an entity to themselves.

Do the right thing the first time and every time.
